Credit Documentation. Satisfactory completion of a college class must be documented with a college grade report, college transcript, or the form provided in Appendix G of this Agreement.
Credit Documentation. Schedules and Exhibits to this Agreement shall be completed prior to the Initial Borrowing Date in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Credit Documentation. The Administrative Agent shall have received the Credit Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date and duly executed and delivered by an Authorized Officer of each Loan Party.

(a) exercise or refrain from exercising any or all of its rights, powers and discretions arising under or in connection with the Credit Documentation;

(c) and perform any other acts under the Credit Documentation as it in its discretion sees fit. except that the Grantor shall not, without the prior written consent of the Participant, take such action as would result in or any variation to any Relevant Facility B Repayment Date, or any variation to an amount or a change in the currency of, any Facility B Repayment Instalment scheduled to be paid on such date.
Credit Documentation. Subject to Section 6.1, the Lender shall enter into the Credit Documentation for the Loans in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Term Sheet on the Closing Date.
Credit Documentation. Any material provision of any Credit Document to which the Guarantor is a party shall at any time and for any reason cease to be valid and binding upon the Guarantor, except pursuant to the terms thereof, or shall be declared to be null and void, or the validity or enforceability thereof shall be contested by the Guarantor or any Governmental Authority, or the Guarantor shall deny that it has any or further liability or obligation under any Credit Document to which it is a party; or
Credit Documentation. Within days after the effective date of this contract, Purchaser shall deliver to Seller the following: [check all applicable items:] credit report verification of employment, including salary verification of funds on deposit in financial institutions current financial statement to establish Purchaser's creditworthiness. Purchaser hereby authorizes any credit reporting agency to furnish to Seller at Purchaser's sole expense copies of Purchaser's credit reports.

Credit Documentation. The definitive documentation relating to the Facilities will be substantially based on the Existing Credit Agreement; provided that, such definitive documentation (a) shall contain the terms and conditions set forth in this Term Sheet and such other changes as may be mutually agreed by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent, (b) shall give due regard to (i) current market terms for restructured reserve based revolving credit facilities for borrowers emerging from bankruptcy, and (ii) operational and strategic requirements of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, in each case, as mutually agreed by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent and (c) reflect such amendments as required to reflect the addition of the Second Out Term Loan Facility (including necessary amendments to reflect the amortization thereof) and, if required, the Last Out Term Loan Facility (the “Documentation Principles”).
