Common use of Credit/Other Reporting Clause in Contracts

Credit/Other Reporting. Servicer shall accurately and fully furnish, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and its implementing regulations, as well as Servicer’s own policies and practices, accurate and complete information (e.g., favorable and unfavorable) on its Borrower credit files to each of the following credit repositories, as applicable: Trans Union, LLC and Experian Information Solution, Inc. Servicer shall deliver or otherwise make available to Purchaser or its designee the following reports in a digital format during the term of this Agreement:
