Credit Party. Agent, a Lender or an Issuing Bank; and “Credit Parties” means Agent, Lenders and Issuing Banks. Creditor Representative: under any Applicable Law, a receiver, interim receiver, receiver and manager, trustee (including any trustee in bankruptcy), custodian, conservator, administrator, examiner, sheriff, monitor, assignee, liquidator, provisional liquidator, sequestrator or similar officer or fiduciary.
