Common use of Credit Ratings Clause in Contracts

Credit Ratings. Each of Holdings and the Borrower will use reasonable efforts to cause the credit facilities made available under this Agreement to be continuously rated by S&P and Xxxxx’x (but not any particular rating). Holdings will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a corporate rating (but not any particular rating) from S&P and a corporate family rating (but not any particular rating) from Xxxxx’x, in each case in respect of Holdings.
