Credit Transfers. Any teacher who transfers to the Westlake Board of Education from other Ohio public employment shall be credited with the unused balance of sick leave accumulated in the public employment upon presentation by the teacher of certification of such days accumulated to the limits expressed in Section A6 of Article 17.
