Crediting of Deferrals. (a) The Administrator shall establish a book entry account (“Plan Year Account”) consisting of one or more Plan Year Subaccounts, to which will be credited an amount equal to the Participant’s Deferrals of Compensation from each respective Participating Fund under this Plan with respect to such Plan Year. The requirement to maintain separate Plan Year Subaccounts shall be deemed satisfied if the Administrator maintains (i) separate Plan Year Accounts and (ii) adequate records to enable the portions of each Plan Year Account attributable to the respective Plan Year Subaccounts to be calculated at any time.

Crediting of Deferrals. The amount of deferrals pursuant to subsections 4.1 and 4.2 shall be credited to the Participant’s Accounts as of a date determined to be administratively feasible by the Administrator.
Crediting of Deferrals. The amount of deferrals pursuant to subsections 4.1 and 4.2 shall be credited to the Participant’s Accounts as of a date not later than 15 business days after the date on which the amount (but for the deferral) otherwise would have been paid to the Participant, or such later date as determined to be administratively feasible by the Plan Administrator.
Crediting of Deferrals. The amount by which the Participant’s Compensation is reduced, including any catch-up contributions, shall be that Participant’s Elective Deferral and shall be contributed to the Plan by the Employer and allocated to the Participant’s Elective Deferral Account. The Plan Administrator may establish rules and procedures to facilitate the administration of Elective Deferrals, including but not limited to rules regarding minimum and/or maximum amounts of Elective Deferrals and a default investment fund for small amounts of Elective Deferrals.
Crediting of Deferrals. Beginning January 1 of each Plan Year, a Participant’s Elected Deferred Compensation which consists of deferred base salary shall be credited to the Participant’s Accounts within three (3) business days after the date on which the corresponding nondeferred portion of the Participant’s base salary is paid or would have been paid but for the Deferral Election. Beginning January 1 of each Plan Year, a Participant’s Elected Deferred Compensation which consists of deferred bonus shall be credited to the Participant’s Accounts within three (3) business days after the date on which the bonus is paid or would have been paid but for the Deferral Election.

  • Deferrals If permitted by the Company, the Participant may elect, subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and any other applicable written plan or procedure adopted by the Company from time to time for purposes of such election, to defer the distribution of all or any portion of the shares of Common Stock that would otherwise be distributed to the Participant hereunder (the “Deferred Shares”), consistent with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code. Upon the vesting of RSUs that have been so deferred, the applicable number of Deferred Shares shall be credited to a bookkeeping account established on the Participant’s behalf (the “Account”). Subject to Section 5 hereof, the number of shares of Common Stock equal to the number of Deferred Shares credited to the Participant’s Account shall be distributed to the Participant in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Plan and the other applicable written plans or procedures of the Company, consistent with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code.

  • Deferral Account 3.1 Establishing and Crediting. The Company shall establish a Deferral Account on its books for the Director, and shall credit to the Deferral Account the following amounts:

  • DEFERRAL CONTRIBUTIONS The Advisory Committee will allocate to each Participant's Deferral Contributions Account the amount of Deferral Contributions the Employer makes to the Trust on behalf of the Participant.   • Deferral Elections As provided in Sections 5(f), 6(h) and 14(d), the Executive may elect to defer the Pre-Change in Control Severance Payment, the Post-Change in Control Severance Payment and the Consulting Payment as follows. The Executive’s deferral election shall satisfy the requirements of Treasury Regulation Section 1.409A-2(b) and the terms and conditions of the Deferred Compensation Plan. Such deferral election shall designate the whole percentage (up to a maximum of 100%) of the Pre-Change in Control Severance Payment, the Post-Change in Control Severance Payment and the Consulting Payment to be deferred, shall be irrevocable when made, and shall not take effect until at least twelve (12) months after the date on which the election is made. Such deferral election shall provide that the amount deferred shall be deferred for a period of not less than five (5) years from the date the payment of the amount deferred would otherwise have been made, in accordance with Treasury Regulation Section 1.409A-2(b)(1)(ii).

  • Qualified Matching Contributions If selected below, the Employer may make Qualified Matching Contributions for each Plan Year (select all those applicable):

  • Matching Contributions The Employer will make matching contributions in accordance with the formula(s) elected in Part II of this Adoption Agreement Section 3.01.

  • Deferral Election A Participant may elect to defer all or a specified percentage of the Compensation earned in a Plan Year by such Participant for serving as a member of the Board of any Participating Fund or as a member of any committee or subcommittee thereof. Reimbursement of expenses of attending meetings of the Board, committees of the Board or subcommittees of such committees may not be deferred. Such election shall be made by executing before the first day of such Plan Year such election notice as the Administrator may prescribe; provided, however, that upon first becoming eligible to participate in the Plan by reason of appointment to a Board, a Participant may file a Deferral Election not later than 30 days after the effective date of such appointment, which election shall apply to Compensation earned in the portion of the Plan Year commencing the day after such election is filed and ending on the last day of such Plan Year.

  • Crediting of Accounts If PFPC Trust in its sole discretion credits an Account with respect to (a) income, dividends, distributions, coupons, option premiums, other payments or similar items on a contractual payment date or otherwise in advance of PFPC Trust's actual receipt of the amount due, (b) the proceeds of any sale or other disposition of assets on the contractual settlement date or otherwise in advance of PFPC Trust's actual receipt of the amount due or (c) provisional crediting of any amounts due, and (i) PFPC Trust is subsequently unable to collect full and final payment for the amounts so credited within a reasonable time period using reasonable efforts or (ii) pursuant to standard industry practice, law or regulation PFPC Trust is required to repay to a third party such amounts so credited, or if any Property has been incorrectly credited, PFPC Trust shall have the absolute right in its sole discretion without demand to reverse any such credit or payment, to debit or deduct the amount of such credit or payment from the Account, and to otherwise pursue recovery of any such amounts so credited from the Fund. Nothing herein or otherwise shall require PFPC Trust to make any advances or to credit any amounts until PFPC Trust's actual receipt thereof. The Fund hereby grants a first priority contractual possessory security interest in and a right of setoff against the assets maintained in an Account hereunder in the amount necessary to secure the return and payment to PFPC Trust of any advance or credit made by PFPC Trust (including charges related thereto) to such Account.

  • Right of Deferral (a) The Company shall not be obligated to Register or qualify Registrable Securities pursuant to this Section 2:

  • Elective Deferrals An Employee will be eligible to become a Contributing Participant in the Plan (and thus be eligible to make Elective Deferrals) and receive Matching Contributions (including Qualified Matching Contributions, if applicable) after completing 1 (enter 0, 1 or any fraction less than 1) Years of Eligibility Service.
