Credits for Duplicative Fees. If and to the extent any Project Impact Fee includes amounts to finance construction of facilities that are also included within other Project Impact Fees, the County will provide appropriate credit against and reduce the amount of the applicable Project Impact Fee to account for the amount to be funded already by Developer for the same facility pursuant to the terms of the other impact fee program.

If and to the extent any existing fee applicable to the Project includes amounts to finance construction of facilities that are also included within any other fee required by this Agreement, the County will provide appropriate credit against and reduce the amount of the applicable fee or other fee to account for the amount to be funded hereunder by Developer for the same facility.
