Common use of Crime Insurance Clause in Contracts

Crime Insurance. If indicated in Schedule A, the Contractor shall maintain crime insurance during the term of the Agreement in the minimum amounts listed in Schedule A. Such insurance shall include coverage, without limitation, for any and all acts of employee theft including employee theft of client property, forgery or alteration, inside the premises (theft of money and securities), inside the premises (robbery or safe burglary of other property), outside the premises, computer fraud, funds transfer fraud, and money orders and counterfeit money. The policy shall name the Contractor as named insured and shall list the City as loss payee as its interests may appear.
