CSEA Rights. CSEA shall have the following rights in addition to any rights contained in this Agreement. 4.1.1 The right of access at reasonable times to areas in which unit members work, providing such access does not interfere with unit member duty hours. 4.1.2 The right to use, without charge, instructional bulletin boards, mailboxes and the use of the school mail and e-mail systems for posting or issuing notices concerning CSEA matters, provided that such information does not defame or ridicule the District or its agents or present derogatory or inflammatory information about the District. A courtesy copy will be provided to the Director of Human Resources. The Association shall be allowed to use District electronic communication for intra-district contacts, provided that such usage does not interfere with District activities and duties. The District will provide a link to the Association’s website on the District website. 4.1.3 The right to use, at reasonable times, without charge, institutional reproduction equipment, facilities and buildings. 4.1.4 The right to review unit member’s personnel files when accompanied by the unit member, or within five (5) days of the presentation of a written authorization signed and dated by the unit member. 4.1.5 The right to be supplied with a complete roster of all bargaining unit members with contact information as listed below by the last working day of September, January, and May. The information shall be provided to CSEA electronically in Excel format.
