Common use of Cul-de-sacs Clause in Contracts

Cul-de-sacs. DB Contractor shall design and construct proposed cul-de-sacs as shown in the Schematic Design described below: a) Forest Bend Drive at the eastbound I-20 frontage road; b) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street and Childress Street at southbound/eastbound US 287 frontage road; c) Hillside Avenue will terminate at ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Avenue (not a cul-de-sac, however Hillside will no longer connect to southbound/eastbound US 287 frontage road); d) ▇▇▇▇ Street at southbound I-820 frontage road; e) The driveway from Tension Avenue to southbound I-820 frontage road (just south of ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Avenue); f) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ at ▇▇▇▇▇ Street; and g) Lambeth Lane at northbound I-820 frontage road (just north of Meadowbrook Drive).
