Cumulative Net Profit. For any Partner, the extent (if any) to which the aggregate amount of Profits and other items income or gain allocated to such Partner in the current and all prior Fiscal Years shall exceed the aggregate amount of Losses and other items of loss or deduction allocated to such Partner in the current and all prior Fiscal Years.
