Common use of Cure by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Cure by Landlord. Landlord may, at Landlord's option but without obligation to do so, and without releasing Tenant from any obligations under this Lease, make any payment or take any action as Landlord deems necessary or desirable to cure any Event of Default in such manner and to such extent as Landlord in good xxxxx xxxxx necessary or desirable. Tenant will pay Landlord, upon demand, all reasonable advances, costs and expenses of Landlord in connection with making any such payment or taking any such action, including reasonable attorney's fees, together with interest at the Interest Rate, from the date of payment of any such advances, costs and expenses by Landlord.
