The Currency Requirements clause specifies the type of currency that must be used for all payments and financial transactions under the agreement. Typically, it designates a particular currency—such as US dollars or euros—for invoicing, payment, and accounting purposes, and may address how currency conversions are handled if parties operate in different countries. Currency Requirements. 1. Any pilot removed from flying for Association business shall maintain currency unless unable to do so for reasons not related to Association business leave provided, however, that MEC officers and, members of the MEC Negotiating Committee, along with pilots elected to function as a national officeroffice of the Association or IFALPA office, orpilots appointed to national Association or IFALPA officespositions, and other pilots designated by the MEC Chairman under Section 18.A.1.f., may elect not to maintain currency.
2. A pilot removed for an entire bid period for Association business shall be permitted, during that same bid period, to bump a pilot(s) in his seat and equipment type to maintain currency, in accordance with Section 25.L.10.
Currency Requirements. The signatories agree that an applicant must meet the following requirements:
5.3.1 An applicant must provide evidence that:
(a) he or she has practised occupational therapy for a minimum of 600 hours within the 3 year period preceding the date of the application for an authorization to practise the profession to the receiving authority, OR
(b) he or she has practised occupational therapy within the 3 year period preceding the date of the application for an authorization to practise the profession to the receiving authority, in a jurisdiction that has a comprehensive continuing competence program that includes an approved objective assessment, (see Schedule 6).
5.3.2 An applicant has met the requirements of paragraph 5.3.1 for the first eighteen (18) months of his or her initial certification by virtue of being:
(a) a new initially certified occupational therapist, such as a recent Canadian graduate, or
(b) an internationally educated occupational therapist certified for the first time in Canada, or
(c) a newly certified occupational therapist, following completion of a re-entry program, and will be required to provide evidence to confirm the same.
Currency Requirements. Jurisdictions within the Standard Fulfillment with version dates more than 12 months older than the contract date shall be subject to immediate updates by BSI except for the following PRA noncompliant counties that have cost recovery licensing fees. All counties with an acquisition price that exceeds $1,000 shall not be automatically updated. However, at such time that one of these counties goes open records or its update is paid for by another SUBSCRIBER, an update of this county shall be provided at no additional cost.
Currency Requirements. The servicing bank will be required to provide from time to time currency in amounts ranging from $1,000 to $5,000. The denominations will be specified at the time of the request. The servicing bank will be given twenty-four (24) hours notice whenever possible. The Treasurer will work closely with the security department at the servicing bank to outline precise procedures. The servicing bank will state the fees for this service.
Currency Requirements. 1. No member shall fly any club aircraft unless they have received a minimum of the following:

i. Must possess 750 total flying hours, 25 pilot-in-command hours in the Piper PA-32-300 of which 10 of those 25 hours have occurred in the last 12 months or ii. Have successfully completed a Flight Review within the 12 months preceding the intended flight, conducted by a designated club CFI in the Piper PA-32-300 prior to sole pilot-in-command operations of the aircraft if that member pilot has: 1. less than 750 total logged flying hours or
2. less than 25 hours as pilot-in-command in a PA-32-300 or
3. less than 10 totaled logged flying hours in a Piper PA-32-300 in the last 12 months
Currency Requirements. (a) To maintain currency with WBA, a Rental pilot must fly WBA wheeled aircraft once every sixty (60) days and in the case of floatplanes, aircraft must be flown once every forty-five (45) days.
(b) Renter agrees to submit to flight checks and aircraft checkout by WBA for every aircraft the Renter rents from WBA including, but not limited to the following:
(i) a check out is required prior to being authorized to rent aircraft (See WBA aircraft check out process for all aircraft);
(ii) Renters that have not flown a WBA aircraft for more than 60 days but less than six (6) months will be required to complete an abbreviated check flight;
(iii) Renters that have not flown a WBA aircraft for more than six (6) months will be required to complete a full check out; and
(iv) Renters that have logged ten (10) hours or more as WBA in any aircraft in the past six (6) months will only be required to complete an abbreviated check flight.

Currency Requirements. (a) All payments made by the Indemnitor to ---------------------- the Company under this Agreement shall be in either United States Dollars or Canadian Dollars, whichever is determined by the Company, and in no other currency, and shall be sent via wire transfer to any bank account designated by the Company unless the Company directs the Indemnitor otherwise in writing.
(b) The Indemnitor shall apply for and obtain all foreign exchange approvals and validations (including the filing of a report and obtaining of the acceptance of such report) from any foreign exchange authorities which are necessary for this Agreement and for all undertakings contemplated by this Agreement. If any country of applicable jurisdiction has laws restricting the transfer of money from such country, then the Indemnitor shall immediately obtain such authorizations and approvals as are necessary to transfer money outside of such country to the United States in an amount equal to 100% of each bond for a period expiring no earlier than 24 months after the completion date of the contract being bonded or any warranty period, whichever is later. If the completion date of the contract or the warranty period is extended or the amount of the bond is increased, the Indemnitor shall obtain amended authorizations and approvals to reflect the extension or increases. Evidence of authorizations and approvals must accompany any bond application, any request for an increase in the bond amount or any request for a waiver of the extension of the contract or warranty period. If any country of applicable jurisdiction enacts laws restricting foreign exchange after a bond is issued, then the indemnitor shall immediately obtain authorizations and approvals with respect to that bond as set forth above.
(c) If, for the purpose of obtaining or enforcing judgment in any court in any jurisdiction, it becomes necessary to convert into any currency (the "Judgment Currency") an amount which is payable hereunder or in connection herewith in another currency (the "Original Currency"), then the data selected by that court as the date as of which the rate of currency exchange for conversion, including any premiums or costs payable in connection with the currency conversion, is to be determined shall be deemed to be the "Conversion Date." Currency Requirements. Note: The following recency of experience requirements do not apply to flights with an Avit Flight Instructor acting as Pilot in Command (“PIC”). For flights carrying passengers, the pilot must be in compliance with the requirements of 14 CFR 61.56 (flight review) and 14 CFR 61.57(a) or (b), as appropriate (three takeoffs and landings in category and class, at night if applicable). For flights not carrying passengers, the pilot must be in compliance with the requirements of 14 CFR 61.56 (flight review). Additionally, that pilot must have logged at least one hour in any aircraft in the preceding 90 days. For any flight which will operate under instrument flight rules, the pilot must additionally be in compliance with 14 CFR 61.57(c). For any flight, by performing the aircraft checkout, the pilot is certifying that he or she is both legally current, in compliance with the requirements listed above, any other applicable regulations, and is proficient to safely act as PIC on the proposed flight. It is vital that pilots are proficient to safely operate the aircraft. Although pilots self-certify that they meet the above requirements during the aircraft checkout process, staff members of Avit Flight Academy may take the following actions when they believe it is appropriate: ▪ Require the pilot to produce his or her logbook to document compliance with the above requirements. ▪ Discuss regency of experience with the pilot prior to flight. ▪ At the sole discretion of Avit Flight Academy, any pilot may be required to fly with an Avit Flight Academy instructor to verify proficiency prior to any flight. All aircraft operations shall be conducted in accordance with the appropriate manufacturer’s guidance whether that be in the form of a Pilots Operating Handbook (“POH”) or Airplane Flight Manual (“AFM”). Regardless, all operations shall be conducted in accordance with applicable Federal regulations. Renter Pilots must hold a valid and current pilot certificate with appropriate ratings. Pilots are responsible for maintaining current documents with Avit Flight Academy. This shall include scans of Passport or Birth Certificate, current Medical Certificate, Pilot Certificate, Driver’s License and required Flight Reviews and Pilot Currency. Pilots shall observe all Federal, State and Local flight rules. All violations will be dealt with by the appropriate governing authorities and will be cause for automatic termination of aircraft use privileges, pending further action. For...
Currency Requirements. In addition to meeting all operational currency requirements set forth in the Federal Aviation Regulations as well as the requirements set forth above, no Renter may operate an MGAV aircraft unless (s)he has operated an MGAV aircraft within the time requirements listed below. In the event the Renter has not flown a MGAV aircraft within these time requirements, the approved Cirrus Six-Month Recurrent Training Check (Schedule A or B) in the aircraft model is required. Flown with MGAV in the previous 30 days and flown a total of 50 hours or more in the past 12 calendar months.
