CURRENT EMPLOYEES AND DEPENDENTS. (A) Any individual who is or becomes an employee of the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries on or after the Effective Time, (B) any Media Information Employee employed on or after the Effective Date and (C) any other person entitled to coverage by reason of his or her relationship to an individual described in (A) or (B) under any Welfare Plan maintained by the Corporation on or after the Effective Date primarily for Media Information Employees.
