CURRENT LACMTA PASSES FOR EMPLOYEE AND HIS/HER FAMILY. ‌ 34.1.1 Spouse/domestic partner and dependents will be given LACMTA Rail/Bus transportation pass privileges after completion of the employee’s probationary period. Bus pass privileges will be continued to the spouse/domestic partner and eligible dependents of a deceased or retired employee in accordance with current LACMTA policy. In the event of a line of duty death the spouse/domestic partner shall receive a pass during the spouse’s/domestic partner’s life or until the spouse/domestic partner enters into a new marriage or domestic partnership.
