Current Payments. The Parties undertake to impose no restrictions and shall allow, in freely convertible currency, in accordance with the provisions of Article VIII of the Agreement of the International Monetary Fund, any payments and transfers on the current account of balance of payments between the Parties.
Current Payments. 1. Subject to the provisions of Article 34, the Parties undertake to allow all payments for current transactions between residents of the Community and of South Africa to be made in freely convertible currency.
2. South Africa may take the necessary measures to ensure that the provisions of paragraph 1, which liberalise current payments, are not used by its residents to make unauthorised capital outflows.
Current Payments. 1 Subject to the provisions of Articles 70 and 71, the Parties undertake to impose no restrictions on and to allow all payments for current transactions between their residents to be made in freely convertible currency.
Current Payments. Related, the Related GPs and Seller have caused the Partnerships to, concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, pay to Seller the current amounts due to Seller from the Partnerships, as set forth on Schedule 5.6 hereto, totaling $2,920,574.00 (the "Current Payment").

Except as expressly set forth in Section 2.30 of the Magellan Disclosure Schedule, all proceeds from the sale of Hydrocarbons produced from the Poplar Properties are currently being paid to Poplar, and no material portion of such proceeds is currently being held in suspense by any Person by whom proceeds are paid except for immaterial amounts.
Current Payments. 1 Subject to the provisions of Article 66 of this Agreement, the SADC EPA States and the EC Party undertake to impose no restrictions and to allow all payments for current transactions between residents of the EC Party and of the SADC EPA States to be made in freely convertible currency.
Current Payments. The Parties undertake to authorise, in freely convertible currency, in accordance with the provisions of Article VIII of the Agreement of the International Monetary Fund, any payments and transfers on the current account of balance of payments between the Parties.

To Earthstone’s Knowledge, except as expressly set forth on Section 3.31 of the Earthstone Disclosure Schedule, all proceeds from the sale of Hydrocarbons produced from the Earthstone Properties are currently being paid to Earthstone and no portion of such proceeds is currently being held in suspense by any Person by whom proceeds are paid except for immaterial amounts.
Current Payments. To Oak Valley’s Knowledge, except as expressly set forth in Section 4.31 of the Oak Valley Disclosure Schedule, all proceeds from the sale of Hydrocarbons produced from the Oak Valley Properties are currently being paid to Oak Valley or the applicable Oak Valley Subsidiary and no portion of such proceeds is currently being held in suspense by any Person by whom proceeds are paid except for immaterial amounts.
Current Payments. (a) From the date hereof through the Departure Date, the Executive shall receive compensation calculated according to his Base Salary as provided in Section 4.01 of the Employment Agreement. If the Departure Date is later than July 31, 2000, the Executive shall not be entitled to a pro rata portion of the Profits Bonus for Fiscal Year 2001 as provided in Section 4.02 of the Employment Agreement.
(b) Upon the execution of this Agreement, the Company shall pay to Executive an amount of $200,000 in cash, in lieu of any Profits Bonus that may have become due for any and all fiscal years pursuant to Section 4.02 of the Employment Agreement.
