Custodial Trust Miscellaneous Provisions. a. The administrative funds within the Custodial Trust Administrative Account shall be used by the Custodial Trustee for Administrative Costs. Within 60 days of the Effective Date in the first year and thereafter by January 1 of each year, the Custodial Trustee shall provide the Governments with an annual budget for administration of the Custodial Trust for review and approval or disapproval by the United States and States that are Lead Government Agencies.
