Customer Acknowledgement Clause Samples

A Customer Acknowledgement clause serves to confirm that the customer has read, understood, and agrees to the terms and conditions of an agreement. Typically, this clause requires the customer to explicitly acknowledge receipt of important information, such as disclosures, policies, or specific contractual obligations, often by signing or initialing the relevant section. Its core practical function is to provide evidence that the customer was informed and consented to the terms, thereby reducing the risk of future disputes over whether the customer was aware of their rights and responsibilities.
