Customer concerns about power quality. If a Customer, or the Trader on behalf of a Customer, raises a concern with the Distributor regarding the power quality (i.e. frequency or voltage), reliability or safety of the Customer's supply, the Distributor must investigate the concern and advise the Customer of the results of the investigation.

If a Customer, or the Trader on behalf of a Customer, raises has a reasonable cause for concern with the Distributor regarding the power quality (i.e. frequency or voltage), reliability or safety of the Customer's supply, and raises that with the Distributor, then the Distributor must endeavour to investigate the concern and advise the Customer of the results of the investigationinvestigation including in accordance with any Service Standard in Schedule 1.
