Customer Confidentiality Sample Clauses

Customer Confidentiality. All counseling activities are confidential and the staff consists of trained counselors who adhere to all counseling ethics and must sign a statement to this effect at the time of hire. All records are confidential, and standard federal guidelines for the maintenance of records are maintained.

Customer Confidentiality. The Subgrantee shall comply with the Iowa Department of Human Rights’ policy on confidentiality of individual customer records as stated in Iowa Code, 216A.6.

Customer Confidentiality. 29 CONTRACTOR shall protect all customer information and treat such 30 information as confidential. CONTRACTOR shall not voluntarily disclose such 31 information or use such information for purposes other than for the provision of 32 services set forth in this Agreement, except as otherwise required by law. Customer Confidentiality a. Nutraid shall not disclose the Customer’s recipes, sub-recipes, Customer’s ingredients or personal or business data to any third party and will not use this data for its own use. Nutraid agrees to store the Customer’s data securely so that it cannot be accessed by other users or customers of Nutraid. b. Nutraid undertakes to encrypt all customer recipes so that they can only be accessed by the Customer. c. Nutraid accepts no responsibility for the use by other customers of the Customer’s recipes in the event that they are within the public domain or become available to the public or is independently developed by a third party customer without access to the original customer’s data. d. Nutraid shall be entitled to use and provide access to the Customer supplied by the Customer for its own manufactured products which the Customer agrees to transfer to Nutraid for inclusion in its database and for access by other users provided that Nutraid shall not divulge any of the Customer’s recipes or otherwise identify the Customer in connection with such access. e. If a third party uses any proprietary information in breach of this section then the Customer shall have the right to seek injunctive relief to prevent further use of the data being acknowledged by the parties that a remedy in damages is inadequate.

Customer Confidentiality. CONFIDENTIALITY Promotional Agent agrees that the names and addresses of all customers and prospective customers of NASL Financial and of any affiliated company, which may come to the attention of Promotional Agent or any company or person affiliated with Promotional Agent, are confidential. Such customer information shall not be used without the prior written consent of NASL Financial by Promotional Agent or any company or person affiliated with Promotional Agent for any purposes whatsoever except as may be necessary in connection with Insurance Products covered by this Agreement.

Customer Confidentiality. 8.1 In respect of the maintenance of confidential information both parties acknowledge their own responsibilities for keeping all customer personal data secure under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any replacement legislation thereafter.

To comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and ordinances relating to privacy, confidentiality, security, data security and the handling of consumer and/or customer information which may be established from time to time. b. To use Customer Information only as necessary to perform services required by this Agreement and not to disclose or otherwise make available to any other party. c. To require their representative officers, directors, partners, employees, agents and representatives to maintain the confidentiality of the Customer Information. d. To take all reasonable precautions to safeguard and protect the Customer Information and agree to monitor their use of Customer Information to ensure compliance with this Agreement. However, nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the parties from selling or offering to sell other investment products or services to the contractholders described herein, provided such contractholder is made known to any party through means other than this Agreement. In all other respects, the Agreement among the parties remains the same.

Customer Confidentiality. All customer information will remain confidential. However, we will pass on to your financial institution information that is necessary for the establishment of the Direct Debit Request. Should you wish to do any of the following you will need to contact our Customer Service Department at least 5 business days prior to the due date of the next Direct Debit. Our Customer Service Department will advise the procedure to instigate any of the following actions. We will require written notification to reach us at ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ at least 5 business days prior to the due date of the next Direct Debit. Defer a Drawing (Temporarily delay a debit from the normal drawing date. The original arrangement to resume for future debits.) Complete the request to defer and fax to us 5 business days prior to the date that the next debit is due to occur. We will delay the payment until the nominated date and all future debits will occur as originally agreed. Stopping an Individual Debit (Cancel one payment in lieu of an arrangement, a once off arrangement.) Complete the request to Stop One Payment and fax to us 5 business days prior to the date that the next debit is due to occur and nominate how that payment will be paid. We will cancel the payment nominated in exchange for an agreeable alternate arrangement for that payment which is Stopped. Normal Debits will recommence for future payments. Suspending the DIRECT DEBIT REQUEST (Making an alternative arrangement for 2 or more consecutive debit payments) Complete the Request to Suspend and nominate the number of payments, and effective dates. Fax this request to us 5 business days prior to the payment date that is first to be affected. Please nominate the replacement arrangements. We will temporarily suspend the debits in exchange for the replacement arrangements. Normal Direct Debit Request payments will recommence once this period has lapsed. Cancelling the DIRECT DEBIT REQUEST (All future payments under this arrangement cease) If the account is being finalised – there will be no need to do anything as the receipt of agreed final amounts would automatically result in the Direct Debit Request ceasing. If the account is not being finalised – complete the request to cancel the debit 5 business days prior to the next debit date, and advise the replacement method of payment.
