Customer Data Use and Ownership. LinkedIn may only use the Customer Data for the purposes expressly set forth in this Agreement. Customer owns and retains all right, title and interest in and to the Customer Data. OTHER THAN THE RIGHTS EXPRESSLY GRANTED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, NO RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN ANY CUSTOMER DATA IS GRANTED OR TRANSFERRED TO LINKEDIN OR ANY THIRD PARTY.
