CUSTOMER INSPECTION Clause Samples
The CUSTOMER INSPECTION clause grants the customer the right to examine goods or services before final acceptance. Typically, this allows the customer to review, test, or otherwise verify that the delivered products or services meet the agreed-upon specifications and quality standards. For example, the customer may inspect a shipment upon delivery or review completed work before making final payment. This clause ensures that the customer receives what was promised and provides a mechanism to address defects or non-conformities before the transaction is finalized.
