Common use of Customer Materials Clause in Contracts

Customer Materials. Customer hereby grants Snowflake a limited right to use any materials provided to Snowflake in connection with Technical Services projects (the “Customer Materials”) solely for the purpose of providing Technical Services to Customer. Customer will retain any of its rights (including all intellectual property rights) in and to the Customer Materials. Snowflake will treat Customer Materials subject to the confidentiality obligations under Section 5 (Confidentiality). Customer warrants that Customer has and will have sufficient rights in the Customer Materials to grant the rights to Snowflake under this Agreement and that the Customer Materials will not violate the rights of any third party rights.
