Common use of Customer Materials Clause in Contracts

Customer Materials. You hereby grant Reseller and Snowflake a limited right to use any Customer Material solely for the purpose of providing Technical Services to You. You will retain any of the rights (including all intellectual property rights) in and to Customer Materials. Customer Materials comprising Confidential Information will be subject to the confidentiality obligations in these Evaluation Access Terms. You warrant that You have and will have sufficient rights in the Customer Materials to grant the rights to Reseller and Snowflake under these Evaluation Access Terms and that Customer Materials will not violate any third-party rights.

You will retain any of the rights (including all intellectual property rights) in and to Customer Materials.
