Customer NGLs. All Customer NGLs Tendered at the Receipt Points shall be of merchantable quality and shall conform to the applicable then-current specifications for each such NGL of the Gas Processors Association, Standard 2140 (or the equivalent ASTM International, ASTM Method D-1835).
