Customer Registration. Reseller agrees to provide Vendor with customer information regarding purchasers of Products, including any expressed preferences regarding the use and distribution of such information. The format and frequency of customer registration information shall be mutually agreed to by the parties.

9.1. New customer registrations must be correctly administered.
9.2. Full and concise details must be provided.
9.3. Certified copies of identity documents, company registration and resolutions are necessary for registration purposes and are used to determine, at the time of application, whether:

9.5. Debts are still outstanding on previous accounts.
9.6. The CDM will verify through its local municipalities billing system that the prospective account holder/owner/spouse does not have an outstanding account in respect of another property. Should there already be an arrear account, this account will have to be settled.
Customer Registration. Electronic Reseller agrees to provide Vendor with customer information, for the purpose of Vendor to register the customer into Vendor database for technical support and other related issues, including name, address, email address and product purchased.

Upon completion of the Auction Access registration package, you will be issued a photographic identification card (“Auction Card”) authorizing you to buy and sell Vehicles at all In‐ Lane Sales in Canada. You will be responsible for all transactions conducted with your Auction Card. Sharing or lending your Auction Card is strictly prohibited. At In‐Lane Sales, Customers are required to wear their Auction Card at all times in the bidding area. For Online Sales, in addition to registering through Auction Access, you will need to register through the Auction’s Online system in order to receive an online user id and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user ID and password and will be liable for all transactions conducted with them. Please immediately notify the Auction in writing upon the discovery of any unauthorized use of your Auction Card or online account. Sharing user ids and passwords is strictly prohibited.
Customer Registration. OL participates in the AuctionACCESS® registration system. Upon completion of the AuctionACCESS® registration package, Customer and each of its Authorized Representative(s) will be issued an AuctionACCESS® number and digital identification card (“Auction Card”) authorizing it to buy and/or sell Vehicles on all OL online sales platforms. In addition to registering through AuctionACCESS®, Customer must also register through OL’s online system in order to receive a username and password.

Upon making an AR kit sale, Perma-Bound shall provide ALS customer name and address information including contact name, school name, address, quantity purchased, ALS part number, and Perma-Bound's sales rep's name. In the case of kit sales to district offices or other offices acting as the purchasing authority for a school, both the district or other purchasing authority and the using school, contact name, and address shall be provided if it is available. ALS will compare the Perma-Bound school customers who have purchased a kit to the existing ALS customer database. If there is no match, the school will be considered a "Perma-Bound Source Customer." If there is a match, the school will not be considered a Perma-Bound Source Customer. ALS will insert a Perma-Bound flyer and no other book flyer with all software shipments ALS makes to Perma-Bound Source Customers for as long as Perma-Bound continues as a reseller.
Customer Registration. Customer may only access and use the Developer Sandbox and the APIs, ASI Content, and ASI Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Customer agrees to provide accurate, current and complete information when Customer registers for and uses the Developer Sandbox and if the account information becomes inaccurate, incomplete or is no longer current, Customer agrees to update its account information promptly. ASI may suspend or terminate Customer’s account for failure to provide and maintain accurate, current and complete account information. Each person who uses the Developer Sandbox must have a separate username and password. Customer must provide a valid email address for each person authorized to use Customer’s Developer Sandbox Account, and Customer may only create one account per email address. Customer must provide any other information requested by ASI in order to complete the registration process.

Within six (6) months of the Effective Date, IBM will create the means to collect information about Customers who license the Products and will provide Extricity with access to this information for those Customers which give IBM their permission, for the sole purposes of Extricity to provide these Customers with: (i) access to Extricity's business-to-business enabled customers; (ii) with information on value-add products and services that function with the IBM Logo'd Products; and (iii) an option of registering as a business-to-business enabled customer through an Extricity or other registry. Additionally, if an IBM initiative or an IBM supported industry standard emerges that provides Customers with the option to register as business-to-business enabled entities, then IBM will offer such option to Customers of the IBM Logo'd Products.
