Common use of Customer Relocates IP Phone Clause in Contracts

Customer Relocates IP Phone. With respect to VoIP IP Trunking, if Customer relocates any of its IP phones to another Customer site, those IP phones will retain the original Customer site location with respect to outbound geographic call routing rules (including emergency call routing and backtracking), which may result in emergency services not reaching the intended recipient. Customer is responsible for informing Verizon about any permanent or long-term relocation of IP phones so that the outbound geographic call routing rules can be updated for the relocated phones.
