Customer’s Audit Rights. a. If the European Data Protection Legislation applies to the processing of Customer Personal Data, Upwork will allow Customer or an independent auditor appointed by Customer to conduct audits (including inspections) to verify Upwork’s compliance with its obligations under this DPA in accordance with Section 7.4.2 (Additional Business Terms for Reviews and Audits). Upwork will contribute to such audits as described in this Section 7.4 (Reviews and Audits of Compliance).
