CUSTOMS AND IMMIGRATION. Each side will, to the extent permitted by its laws and regulations, facilitate the movement of persons and goods necessary to implement this agreement into and out of its territory and accord entry to such goods into its territory free of cus toms duties and other similar charges.

The Parties will use reasonable efforts to facilitate the movement of persons and goods into and out of its territory and to accord entry to such goods into U.S. and Brazil’s territory free of customs duties and other similar charges, as is necessary to implement this Agreement, to the extent permitted by the laws and regulations of the United States of America and Brazil.

CUSTOMS AND IMMIGRATION. 1. Each Partner State shall facilitate the movement of persons and goods necessary to implement this Agreement into and out of its territory, subject to its laws and regulations.
2. Subject to its laws and regulations, each Partner State shall facilitate provision of the appropriate entry and residence documentation for nationals and families of nationals of another Partner State who enter or exit or reside within the territory of the first Partner State in order to carry out functions necessary for the implementation of this Agreement.
3. Each Partner State shall grant permission for duty-free importation and exportation to and from its territory of goods and software which are necessary for implementation of this Agreement and shall ensure their exemption from any other taxes and duties collected by the customs authorities. This paragraph shall be implemented without regard to the country of origin of such necessary goods and software.
CUSTOMS AND IMMIGRATION. 10.1 NASA will facilitate and expedite the movement of persons and goods nec xxxxxx to implement this MOU into and out of the United States, subject to applicable national laws and regulations. ESA will facilitate and expedite the movement of persons and goods necessary to implement this MOU into and out of the territories of its Member States, subject to applicable national laws and regulations.
10.2 NASA will arrange for free customs clearance for entrance to, and exit from, the United States for goods necessary for implementation of the activities described herein. ESA will arrange for free customs clearance for entrance to, and exit from, its Member States for goods necessary for implementation of the activities described herein. Such arrangements shall be fully reciprocal. In the event that any customs duties, fees, or taxes of any kind are levied on the equipment or related goods necessary for implementation of this MOU, the Party of the State levying the duties, fees or taxes shall bear responsibility for payment.

9.2 Subject to its respective countries’ laws and regulations, each Party will use its best efforts to facilitate provision of the appropriate entry and residence documentation for the other Party’s nationals and their families, or for the nationals and their families of Space Station Partner States who enter, exit or reside within its territory in order to carry out activities described herein.
9.3 The Parties will use their best efforts to arrange in their respective countries for free customs clearance, to include no payment of import and export duties and no payment for the conduct of customs procedures, for entrance to, and exit from, their respective countries, for goods required for implementation of the activities described herein.
9.4 RSA will take steps to facilitate the movement of persons and goods and clearances to and from launch facilities RSA will utilize to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.

Subject to its laws and regulations, each Party will facilitate provision of the appropriate entry and residence documentation for the other Party's nationals and families of nationals who enter, exit, or reside within its territory in order to carry out the activities under this Implementing Agreement. The RSA will take steps to arrange for such provision for such activities at launch facilities it will utilize to fulfill its obligations under this Implementing Agreement.
3. The Parties agree to arrange for free customs clearance for entrances to, and exits from, their respective countries for equipment required for implementation of the activities described herein. The RSA will take steps to arrange for such clearances to and from launch facilities it will utilize to fulfill its obligations under this Implementing Agreement.
