CUTTING AND REMEDIAL WORK. 3.13.1 The Contractor shall do the cutting and remedial Work required to make the several parts of the Work come together properly.
CUTTING AND REMEDIAL WORK. (a) Project Co shall do the cutting and remedial work required to integrate the several parts of the Work in a cohesive manner.

CUTTING AND REMEDIAL WORK. GC3.12.3 is amended by adding the following to the end: … unless the Owner elects to do the work or retain other contractors, after having given the contractor written notice of the work to be performed. Such work shall be performed in accordance with GC3.2.
CUTTING AND REMEDIAL WORK. 3.10.1 The Contractor shall perform the cutting and remedial work required to make the affected parts of the Work come together properly. Such cutting and remedial work shall be performed by specialists familiar with the Products affected and shall be performed in a manner to neither damage nor endanger the Work. 3.10.2 The Contractor shall coordinate the Work to ensure all cutting and remedial work required is kept to a minimum. 3.10.3 Unless specifically stated otherwise in the Specifications, the Contractor shall do all cutting and making good necessary for the proper installation and performance of the Work. 3.10.4 To avoid unnecessary cutting, the Contractor shall lay out its work and advise the Subcontractors, when necessary, where to leave holes for installation of pipes and other work.”
CUTTING AND REMEDIAL WORK. 3.12.1 Subject to GC 6.4 - LATENT DEFECTS AND CONCEALED OR UNKNOWN CONDITIONS, the Contractor shall perform the cutting and remedial work required to make the affected parts of the Work come together properly.
CUTTING AND REMEDIAL WORK. (a) The Operator will do all cutting and remedial work that may be required to make the several parts of the Work and the Project come together properly. In particular, the Operator will be responsible for integrating the Project with the Workings at the Point of Responsibility in such manner as to permit the controlled flow of Contaminated Water into the Project from the Workings.
