Common use of DAILY FARES AND TRAVEL Clause in Contracts

DAILY FARES AND TRAVEL. i. A Daily Fares and Travel Allowance will be paid in accordance with Appendix 1 (per day worked and RDO taken) . ii. In addition, the Excess Fares and Travel Allowances provisions in 2.4(b) of this Agreement are to apply where appropriate. iii. Other than where clause 2.4(b) applies, the travel time from an Employee’s usual place of residence to the workplace and return will not be regarded as time worked for any purpose of this Agreement and no travel time will be payable.
