Dark Fiber Dedicated Transport. CenturyLink’s un-activated optical interoffice transmission facilities, dedicated to **CLEC, that are within CenturyLink’s network and connect CenturyLink switches or Wire Centers within the same LATA and State. Dark Fiber Dedicated Transport does not include transmission facilities between the CenturyLink network and **CLEC’s network or the location of **CLEC’s equipment.

Dark Fiber Dedicated Transport. AT&T shall provide UNE Dedicated Transport Dark Fiber under the following terms and conditions in this subsection. AT&T is not required to provide Loop Dark Fiber on an 251(c)(3) Unbundled basis. (For definitional purposes only, Loop Dark fiber is fiber within an existing fiber optic cable that has not yet been activated through optronics to render it capable of carrying communications service.)
