Data Accuracy. The Custodian has no responsibility for, or duty to review, verify or otherwise perform any investigation as to the completeness, accuracy or sufficiency of, any data or information provided by or on behalf of the Client, any persons authorized by the Client, any Third Party Agent, any Market Participant or any Authorized Data Sources, except to the extent the Custodian has agreed in writing to perform reconciliations, variance or tolerance checks or other specific forms of data review under this Agreement.
Data Accuracy. 36.1. The Data provided are the best and most complete documentation available. USBE does not ensure 100% accuracy of all records and fields. Some data fields, including those that are not used, may contain incorrect or incomplete Data. USBE and Researcher will report any systematic problems with the Data to the data owner. Data that has been manipulated or re-processed by either USBE or Researcher is the responsibility of that Party.
Data Accuracy. Merchant shall provide ISO with data necessary for the electronic funds transfer (‘collection data”) in the form and at the times prescribed by ISO and shall make periodic checks and updates necessary to cause the collection data to be current and accurate at all times. The format and schedule requirements for delivery of collection data by Merchant may be changed by ISO during the term of this Agreement, and Merchant shall deliver collection data in conformity with changed requirements set forth from time to time by ISO. Merchant warrants to ISO that all data and entries delivered to ISO by Merchant will (a) be correct in form, (b) contain true and accurate information, (c) be fully authorized by its customer, and (d) be timely under the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
Data Accuracy. (i) The Operating Committee shall set and periodically review a maximum Error Rate for data reported to the Central Repository. The initial maximum Error Rate shall be set to 5%.
(ii) Consistent with Appendix D, Reporting and Linkage Requirements and Data Security, the Operating Committee shall adopt policies and procedures, including standards, requiring CAT Data reported to the Central Repository be timely, accurate, and complete, and to ensure the integrity of such CAT Data (e.g., that such CAT Data has not been altered and remains reliable). The Plan Processor shall be responsible for implementing such policies and procedures.
(iii) Appendix D, Receipt of Data from Reporters, describes the mechanisms and protocols for Participant Data and Industry Member Data submission for all key phases, including:
(A) file transmission and receipt validation;
(B) validation of CAT Data; and
(C) validation of linkages.
Data Accuracy. Vendor will have no responsibility or liability for the accuracy of data uploaded to the System by Customer, including without limitation Customer Data and any other data uploaded by Users.
Data Accuracy. Client represents and warrants that: (i) to the best of its knowledge, after conducting all lawfully required due diligence, all Information obtained from Client is true and complete in all material respects; and (ii) it shall not submit fictitious or test Data to FIS in a production environment.
Data Accuracy. Rally will have no responsibility or liability for the accuracy of data uploaded to the Spellbook AI Platform by Customer, including without limitation Customer Usage Data and any other data uploaded by Users.
Data Accuracy. Provider will have no responsibility or liability for the accuracy of data uploaded to the Platform by Customer, including without limitation Customer Data and any other data uploaded by Users.
Data Accuracy. Public Body is solely responsible for ensuring that all data entered into and stored in CLEMIS is accurate and complete. Accurate and complete means that the data does not contain erroneous information. Public Body shall immediately correct erroneous information upon discovery of error. To ensure accurate and complete data, Public Body shall conduct regular and systemic audits to minimize the possibility of generating, transmitting, and storing erroneous information.
Data Accuracy. Each Participating Agency will identify and document for the Data Recipient any known limitations or data accuracy issues that have potential to impact the Project described in Exhibit A.
