Data Protection Officers. Each Party shall notify the other Parties of the name, email address, and direct dial telephone number of any Data Protection Officer and promptly notify the other Parties of any changes to those details.

1. Schedule 1 Concession Services Requirements
Data Protection Officers. Both Parties are required by current Data Protection Legislation to designate a Data Protection Officer (DPO). The Parties may jointly designate a DPO. Where the Parties have not jointly designated a DPO, each Party will inform the other Party in writing of the contact details for its DPO. Data Protection Officers. The obligation for businesses to appoint a data protection officer (DPO) where the processing involves large amounts of sensitive personal data, or regular monitoring of individuals or where a DPO is required by national Member State law. A corporate group can appoint a single DPO, provided they are easily accessible by each business unit.

12.1 No Party shall transfer Personal Data to any Third Country unless the prior written consent of the Controller has been obtained and the following conditions are fulfilled:
12.1.1 All Parties have provided appropriate safeguards in relation to the transfer as determined by Data Protection Legislation;
12.1.2 the Data Subjects have enforceable rights (such as the ability to prevent the transfer of their Personal Data to the Third Country) and effective legal remedies (such as by means of SCW exercising enforcing contractual remedies against any Sub-processor);
12.1.3 All Parties comply with its obligations under the Data Protection Legislation by providing an adequate level of protection to any Personal Data that is transferred; and
