Data Subjects Rights. 5.1. Where a data subject asserts claims for rectification, erasure or access to Us, and where We are able to correlate the data subject to You, based on the information provided by the data subject, We shall refer such data subject to You without undue delay. We shall support You, where possible, and based upon Your instruction insofar as agreed upon. We shall not be liable in cases where You fail to respond to the data subject’s request completely, correctly, or in a timely manner. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Your employee submits a data subject request in relation to Online Training Cloud, You agree that we can fulfill such request without Your further approval.
5.2. We shall support You, insofar as is agreed upon by the parties, and where possible for Us, in fulfilling data subjects’ requests and claims, as detailed in chapter III of the GDPR and in fulfilling the obligations enumerated in Articles 33 to 36 GDPR.

To receive clarification regarding the Participant’s rights or to exercise his or her rights, the Participant should contact the Participant’s local HR manager.

To receive clarification regarding the Grantee’s rights or to exercise his or her rights, the Grantee should refer to the relevant privacy policy available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/workday/legal-notices/ and contact his or her local human resources department.

(i) request access or copies of personal data the Company processes, (ii) request rectification of incorrect data, (iii) request deletion of data, (iv) place restrictions on processing, (v) lodge complaints with competent authorities in the International Participant’s country of residence, and/or (vi) request a list with the names and addresses of any potential recipients of the International Participant’s personal data. To receive clarification regarding the International Participant’s rights or to exercise the International Participant 's rights, the International Participant should contact the International Participant 's local human resources department.

For example, the Employee’s rights may include the right to (i) request access or copies of personal data the Company processes, (ii) request rectification of incorrect data, (iii) request deletion of data, (iv) place restrictions on processing, (v) lodge complaints with competent authorities in the Employee’s country, and/or (vi) request a list with the names and addresses of any potential recipients of your personal data. Data Subjects Rights a. The Processor shall, within its capabilities, assist the Controller in complying with the rights of data subjects, particularly with respect to rectification, restriction of processing, deletion of data, notification and information. If the Processor processes the personal data specified under Sect. 5 of this Agreement on behalf of the Controller and these data are the subject of a data portability request under Art. 20 GDPR, the Processor shall, upon request, make the dataset in question available to the Controller within the set time frame, otherwise within seven business days, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
b. If so instructed by the Controller, the Processor shall rectify, delete or restrict the processing of personal data specified under Sect. 5 of this Agreement. The same applies if this Agreement stipulates the rectification, deletion or restriction of the processing of data.
c. If a data subject contacts the Processor directly to have his or her data specified under Sect. 5 of this Agreement rectified, deleted or the processing restricted, the Processor shall forward this request to the Controller immediately upon receipt.
Data Subjects Rights. The Optionee may have a number of rights under data privacy laws in the Optionee’s country of residence. For example, the Optionee’s rights may include the right to (i) request access or copies of personal data the Company processes, (ii) request rectification of incorrect data, (iii) request deletion of data, (iv) place restrictions on processing, (v) lodge complaints with competent authorities in the Optionee’s country of residence, and/or (vi) request a list with the names and addresses of any potential recipients of the Optionee’s personal data. To receive clarification regarding the Optionee’s rights or to exercise the Optionee’s rights, the Optionee should contact his or her local human resources department.
Data Subjects Rights. The Processor will reasonably co-operate with the Controller, subject to the Controller's prior written instructions and/or consent, to allow Data Subjects to exercise any rights they might have, including rights of access to their personal data and rights to correct, update, delete, port or block personal data and the Processing thereof.
