Data Verification. To the extent that CPA Global perform, during the abovementioned updates, data verification services (comparing and contrasting the data provided by Customer with the data maintained in relevant public records for such countries), in jurisdictions where feasible, CPA Global will refer to such public data sources as are available (and are reliable, in CPA Global’s reasonable opinion) and those maintained by regional Patent and Trademark Offices, and commercial databases; CPA Global will provide Customer with a current list of the data fields by each jurisdiction for the data verification services upon Customer’s request. CPA Global will amend Customer’s data to match the data maintained by public records for the above mentioned data fields. Customer acknowledges that CPA Global shall have the sole discretion over the public data sources, commercial databases and data fields. The Customer acknowledges that the data extracted shall only be accurate to the extent that the third party data sources are correct and as of the date of extraction only.

Data Verification. The Contractor must maintain a health information system that complies with the requirements of 42 CFR §438.242 and provides the information necessary to meet the Contractor's obligations under this Agreement.
Data Verification. STATE does not independently verify the accuracy of the CURES data in the CURES database. The CURES database contains Schedule II, Schedule III, Schedule IV, and Schedule V prescription dispensation information reported by California licensed pharmacies and direct dispensers, and is therefore only as accurate as the information provided by these entities.
Data Verification. Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Statement of Work, a copy of all raw data, databases and analytical reports of the data resulting from the Services will be provided to Tectonic in a format mutually agreed upon by Tectonic and Service Provider. Service Provider will verify the accuracy of the data contained in all databases and/or reports provided by it against the raw data. [***].
Data Verification. 12.1 The Customer will check the Reports on the day of receipt and ensure that the details are correct.
12.2 The Customer will verify that the information contained in the Reports is in accordance with the information supplied to the Company to calculate the wages and salaries due to the Customer’s employees.
12.3 The Customer will check the Reports to ensure that:
12.3.1 The number of transactions equates to the number of Customer’s employees;
12.3.2 The total value of payments is in line with the Customer’s normal wages and salaries for the period involved;
12.3.3 If appropriate, that the total value of payments does not exceed the limit negotiated with the Customer’s Bacs sponsor;
12.3.4 No single payment is exceptional, after taking into account of overtime and special payments or bonuses;
12.3.5 No more than one payment is destined for the same account, except where more than one employee shares a joint account.
12.4 The Customer will inform the Company of any errors identified on the Reports no later than 12 noon on the day of receipt.
Data Verification. Before processing an order made by the Customer, SKFK can verify the data of the same . This may mean verification of the Client's address and solvency and whether there may be any fraud involved. Regarding possible fraud, SKFK can use a partially automatic verification of all purchases to filter those that are considered anomalous or suspicious and those suspected of fraud. Suspicious fraud orders will be investigated, and the Client may be reported to the relevant authorities, who may take action against it.
Data Verification. (a) Company shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to accurately collect timekeeping data supplied by Reseller’s Clients. Reseller agrees that its Clients are responsible for verifying data provided by Company.
(b) Prior to preparing payroll for any Client, Reseller shall confirm that its Client’s data matches the information sent to Reseller by Company. Reseller shall direct its Client to do the same. Reseller shall inform Company of any discrepancies and Reseller and Company shall jointly cooperate in the investigation and correction of such discrepancies.
(c) Reseller acknowledges that in virtually all cases, employees of Company are unfamiliar with the typical business operations of any particular Client, and as a result, employees of Company are not qualified to independently assess the validity of data collected through Company’s services.
Data Verification. Customer’s patent firm (“Patent Firm”) will provide us with an initial Data set for all granted and pending cases. To the extent that CPA Global performs data verification services (comparing and contrasting the data provided by Patent Firm with the data maintained in relevant public records for such countries), in jurisdictions where feasible, CPA Global will refer to such public data sources as are available (and are reliable, in CPA Global’s reasonable opinion) and those maintained by regional Patent and Trademark Offices, and commercial databases. CPA Global will amend Customer’s data to match the data maintained by public records. The Contractor must maintain and either provide to Subcontractors, or require Subcontractors to also maintain, a health information system that complies with the req uirements of 42 CFR and provides the information necessary to meet the Contractor's obligations under this Agreement.
