DATE AND OPERATION. 3.1 This agreement shall take effect 7 days from the date approved by the Fair Work Commission (“FWC”) and shall remain in force for 4 years from the approval date.
DATE AND OPERATION. This agreement comes into operation on the day the agreement is approved in accordance with the Workplace Relations Act 1996 and shall remain in force for five (5) years.

During this period neither party shall conduct any action that will adversely affect the other party including but not limited to strike, stop work meetings, forced redundancy or re-organisation.
DATE AND OPERATION. This Agreement shall take effect from the first pay to commence on or after 16 August 2005 and shall remain in force for a period of two years until 16 August 2007.
