DATE AND OPERATION. 3.1 This agreement comes into operation on the day the agreement is approved in accordance with the Workplace Relations Act 1996 and shall remain in force for 12 months.
DATE AND OPERATION. This Agreement will operate from the date of lodgement with the Office of the Employment Advocate and will remain in force until 30 June, 2009.

The parties agree that six months prior to the date of expiration of the Agreement they will commence negotiations on a further enterprise Agreement to replace this Agreement. During this period neither party shall conduct any action that will adversely affect the other party including but not limited to strike, stop work meetings, forced redundancy or re-organisation.
DATE AND OPERATION. 3.1. This Agreement is effective seven (7) days after its approval by the Fair Work Commission, with a nominal expiry date of 30 June 2019 and remains in force until terminated or replaced.
3.2. No term of this Agreement will operate to exclude the National Employment Standards (NES) or any provision of the NES.

5.2 This Agreement shall operate in conjunction with the NES and to the exclusion of any award. . Where there is an inconsistency between the Agreement and the NES, and the NES provides a greater benefit, the NES provision will apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
