Common use of Date of Birth Clause in Contracts

Date of Birth. The Company reserves the right to require proof of the date of birth of the Life Assured before making any payment. If the date of birth has been inadvertently misstated this will not invalidate the Contract but the payable amount will be adjusted accordingly based on the tariff adopted by the Company at the effective date of the Contract.
