Date of Resignation. Liquidated Damage: From statutory date to June 30 $500.00 From July 1 to July 31 $1,500.00 From August 1 to the opening of the new school year $2,500.00 The Board reserves the right to pursue any other remedies authorized by Kansas law.
Date of Resignation. The last day worked and the date of resignation will always be the same except where an employee who is retiring on a pension needs or desires credit for the accrued time to meet a specific date for retirement credit.
Date of Resignation. Executive agrees to resign Executive’s employment and all appointments Executive holds with Company, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, on the Date of Resignation. Executive understands and agrees that Executive’s employment with the Company will conclude on the close of business on the Date of Resignation.
Date of Resignation. The effective date of Executive's resignation shall be June 30, 2001, unless Executive exercises his Option to continue employment pursuant to paragraph 7.
Date of Resignation. Recital A of the Separation Agreement and General Release shall be amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows: “Xxxxxxx will resign his position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective June 30. 2003 (the “Separation Date”). As of the Separation Date, Xxxxxxx’x rights and obligations as an employee will cease, except as set forth in this Agreement.”
Date of Resignation. Employee has resigned, as of the Effective Date, from each and every office and position with the Company and/or the Company’s subsidiaries and affiliates.
Date of Resignation. As stated above, Xxxxxxx agrees that this Agreement shall constitute his resignation of employment with Brightpoint, effective April 22, 2006, and his resignation from all offices he currently holds with Brightpoint, including, but not limited to, the offices of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer, effective June 30, 2005. Xxxxxxx relinquishes any and all rights to employment with Brightpoint after the Separation Date.
Date of Resignation. The agreed date of Executive’s resignation from service with the Company, January 15, 2009.
