DAYS IN LIEU OF THE REPEALED PUBLIC SERVICE HOLIDAYS. The two (2) public service holidays days in lieu as provided for in the Premiers Circular to Ministers 1/94 apply to employees covered by this Agreement.

DAYS IN LIEU OF THE REPEALED PUBLIC SERVICE HOLIDAYS. 21.1 The two (2) days in lieu of the repealed public service holidays days in lieu as provided for in the Premiers Premier’s Circular to Ministers 1/94 2003/01 apply to employees covered by this AgreementGeneral Agreement where they would normally be expected to work these days.
