Deadline for Submission of. Bids i) Bids must be received by the Procuring Agency at the address specified under BDS no later than the time and date specified in the Bid Data Sheet. ii) The Procuring Agency may, at its discretion and as per rule 29 of PPR-14, extend this deadline for the submission of Bids by amending the Bidding documents in accordance with ITB Clause 2.2.2 & 2.2.3 in which case all rights and obligations of the Procuring Agency and Bidders previously subject to the deadline will thereafter be subject to the deadline as extended. iii) Bids shall be received by the Procuring Agency at the address specified under BDS no later than the date and time specified in the BDS.
