Deal Registration. Partners are authorized to resell Wazuh Oerings to their Customers. As part of the Partner onboarding process, Wazuh will provide a deal registration mechanism, which may be subject to change. Partner will be required to submit in writing the proposed Customer's name, address, and any other relevant information requested by Xxxxx. All deal registrations are subject to Xxxxx's approval. Xxxxx retains the right to decline a deal registration under the following circumstances: (i) the deal was not submied through the designated mechanism, (ii) Customer is already an existing Wazuh customer, or (iii) Wazuh is already engaged in active discussions with Customer at the time of deal registration submission. Upon approval, the deal will be allocated to Partner. Once the deal is assigned, Partner will have a ninety (90) day period to place an Order for the approved deal. If Partner fails to do so within the specified timeframe, the deal registration will expire and no longer be considered valid. However, Partner is entitled to resubmit the deal registration for Xxxxx’s consideration.

Deal Registration. Prior to entering into an Order, Xxxxxxxx agrees that for each opportunity with a Customer, Reseller shall submit a deal registration form (provided by Flexera), which may be accepted or rejected in Flexera’s discretion. The deal registration form will detail the discount offered for the Products in scope (to the extent this is different than as stated in the Engagement Form), the obligations and level of effort required by each party in fulfilment of the opportunity and any other commercial terms relevant to the applicable opportunity with the Customer.
Deal Registration. Deal Registration is a process used for GED to evaluate and dispose of opportunities brought to GED by channel partners. GED will approve, decline or request more information for registered opportunities. All deal registrations are executed within the partner portal under the ‘Deal Registration’ section (xxxx://xx.xx.xxx/*Digital/Alliance_Program_Policies). a. All deal registrations need to adhere to GE Digital Deal Registration Guidelines, which are available on the partner portal referenced above. Key points include: • Clear budget, authority, need and timing from end-customer. • Referral Partner is expected to regularly update GED on the status of an approved opportunity, once every thirty (30) days at a minimum. If no update is provided for a period of sixty (60) days, GED may close the opportunity if Referral Partner does not provide an update to GED within ten (10) business days following GED’s written request. • Referral Partner may register opportunities for end-customers in any regions where they are contracted to sell. • Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, an approved deal registration will be valid for one-hundred-eighty (180) days. During the period in which an approved deal registration is valid, GED shall not approve the opportunity for, or assign or refer the opportunity to, any other channel partner or other third party. • Any disagreement on the outcome of deal registration will be decided in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth in Section 13 of this Agreement. b. After submission of a deal registration, Referral Partner will receive a confirmation email that confirms GED has received and is reviewing the opportunity. GED will conduct a review to determine whether: • The opportunity has been completed with all required information. • Another channel partner has already engaged with the opportunity. • A direct seller of GED or its Affiliates is already engaged with the opportunity. • The opportunity aligns with GED product and sales strategy. GED will respond via email in approximately five (5) business days with a decision to approve, decline, or a request additional information with respect to a deal registration. In any email approving an opportunity, GED will specify the approved opportunity (as approved, “Registered Opportunity”). c. Wazuh will provide a mechanism for deal registration during the partner onboarding session, either through the Partner Portal or another method. Partner will provide to Xxxxx in writing the proposed customer name and address and any other information reasonably requested by Xxxxx. All deal registrations require the approval from Wazuh. Wazuh may not approve a deal registration if, (i) deal has not been submied through the right channel as discussed in the onboarding session, (ii) Customer is a Wazuh customer, or (iii) Wazuh is already in conversations with the Customer by the time the deal registration is submied. Upon approval, the deal will be assigned to Partner. Partner will have ninety (90) days to place a purchase order for this deal. After the 90-day period the deal registration will no longer be valid.
Deal Registration. Designated Partner Representatives must submit a Qualified Lead to xxxxxxxx@Xxxxxx.xxx or through a designated Xxxxxx point of contact which results in a successfully closed new Opportunity for Xxxxxx. This must be in accordance with Xxxxxx’s policies and procedures, including Xxxxxx’s anti-corruption policies. Specifically: 1. In submitting personal data regarding an Opportunity, Partner is responsible for complying with all applicable laws governing Partner’s collection, storage, processing, use and transfer of such information. Partner authorizes Xxxxxx to process such data as reasonably required to exercise Xxxxxx’s rights and perform Amelia’s obligations under the Agreement. Xxxxxx will process and use personal data in accordance with the instructions received from Partner and will not process or use such data in a manner different from that necessary to carry out Xxxxxx’s obligations under the Agreement; provided, however, that Xxxxxx may be required to provide personally identifiable information to third parties to comply with legally mandated reporting, disclosure, or other legal process requirements. As the data provider, Partner warrants that Partner has provided all appropriate notices to the data subjects and has obtained all appropriate consents to transfer the data to Xxxxxx and allow its processing according to the terms of theAgreement. To the extent that Xxxxxx processes any Personal Data (as defined in the DPA) contained in Partner Data, on Partner’s behalf, in the execution of this APPA, the terms of the data processing addendum at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxx/legal/dpa/ ("DPA"), which upon execution are hereby incorporated by reference, shall apply, and the parties agree to comply with such terms. For clarity, where the DPA states “Customer” it should read “Partner” and where the DPA states “Supplier”, it should read “Xxxxxx”. 8 Program Year and Evaluation Periods
Deal Registration. Authorized Reseller shall register all potential sales opportunities in exchange for preferred discounts in accordance with the MVP Guidelines. Authorized Resellers must submit each sales opportunity (specific to an End User and use case) to Xxxxxxx for registration, subject to and in accordance with the Minerva’s then-current standard deal registration policies, as published from time to time on the Xxxxxxx partner webpage. If (a) such sales opportunity has not been already registered by another Xxxxxxx authorized reseller; (b) Xxxxxxx determines that such opportunity otherwise meets all of Minerva’s then-current standard deal registration requirements; and (c) Authorized Reseller obtains a binding purchase order from such End User prospect for the sales within ninety (90) days after such submission, then the sale effected by such binding purchase order shall be deemed to be a “Registered WEST\275907459.4 396525-000002 Deal” for pricing purposes. All other sales shall be deemed “Unregistered Deals” for pricing purposes. Upon Reseller’s request, Xxxxxxx may extend the foregoing ninety (90) day period for an additional ninety (90) days in Minerva’s sole discretion.

Deal Registration. Understanding that there are 3rd party national resellers (Dell and CDW-G) that may sell into the Territory, the Distributor agrees to use reasonable efforts to protect the interests of the Reseller put forth in securing an opportunity through the following “Deal Registration” process: the Reseller shall register with Distributor any Deal on which special pricing protection is desired; Reseller shall also have the right to simultaneously notify Promethean of any Deal registered with Distributor. If a 3rd party reseller requests special pricing on a Deal which has been registered by the Reseller with Promethean and the Distributor, the 3rd party’s request will be denied. The 3rd party will not be restricted from continuing to sell product related to any Deal, but will not have the advantage of additional margin discounts requested through the Distributor or Promethean.
Deal Registration. (1) In order to register a deal, the Representative shall download the specified “New Deal Registration Application Form (Microsfot Excel format)” from the HPP portal site, fill out the form, and submit it to HPP Administration Office by e-mail. (2) The eligibility of the registered deal is reviewed by XXXXX, and the Representative will be notified of the result in “Notification of Registered Deal Review Result” describing the customer name, the deal number, the registered date and valid period (if accepted by XXXXX) within three business days by e-mail. (3) The valid period of the registered deal is one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days from the registered date. The valid period may only be extended once more one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days by submitting an extension application request to HPP Administration Office by e-mail at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration date. The Representative will receive “Notification of Registered Deal Valid Period Extension” or be informed that the Representative’s application is not acceptable by e-mail within three (3) business days after the application request has been received by XXXXX.
Deal Registration. Prior to proposing an End Customer Agreement to a prospective End Customer (or providing an End Customer access to the Service), MSP will submit the information required by JumpCloud relating to the prospective End Customer and the proposed use of the Service by emailing xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx or by using the online registration form made available by JumpCloud to MSP (“Deal Registration”). JumpCloud has the right to accept or reject each proposed Deal Registration in its sole discretion.
