Death of Executive. Any amounts due Executive under this Agreement (not including any Base Salary not yet earned by Executive) unpaid as of the date of Executive's death shall be paid in a single sum as soon as practicable after Executive's death to Executive's surviving spouse, or if none, to the duly appointed personal representative of his estate.
