DEATH OR BANKRUPTCY. a. In the unfortunate event of a Cardmember’s death, We shall have the right to immediately cancel the Cardmember’s card. Any outstanding dues related to the Cardmember will be settled by the Company. b. In case of the Company’s bankruptcy, all amounts due on the Account shall become payable immediately.
