Contractor warrants that neither Contractor nor any of its subcontractors has been debarred, suspended, or declared ineligible by any agency of the State of Georgia, or as defined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 48 C.F.R. Ch.1 Subpart 9.4. Contractor will immediately notify the Department if Contractor is debarred by the State or placed on the Consolidated List of Debarred, Suspended, and Ineligible Contractors by a federal entity.
