Debentures Purchased in Part. Any Debenture that is to be purchased only in part pursuant to this Article 3 shall be surrendered at the office of the Trustee, and promptly after the date of such purchase, the Corporation shall execute and the Trustee shall authenticate and deliver to the Holder of such Debenture, without service charge, a new Debenture or Debentures, of such authorized denomination or denominations as may be requested by such Holder, in aggregate principal amount equal to, and in exchange for, the portion of the principal amount of the Debenture so surrendered that is not purchased.
