Debit Authorization. The Borrower hereby authorizes the Agent to debit any account maintained by the Borrower with the Agent, and to set off and compensate against any and all accounts, credits and balances maintained by the Borrower with the Agent, in order to pay (i) any interest or other amounts payable by the Borrower from time to time pursuant to this Agreement when due; and (ii) any expenses referred to in section 11.02 which are not paid by the Borrower within thirty (30) days after receipt by the Borrower of a written request from the Agent for payment of such expenses. The Agent agrees to give written notice to the Borrower of any such debit promptly thereafter.

Debit Authorization. The Agent is hereby authorized to debit each of the Obligor’s account or accounts maintained from time to time at the Branch or elsewhere, for the amount of any interest or any other amounts due and owing hereunder from time to time payable by the Obligors, in order to obtain payment thereof.
Debit Authorization. Customer, as originator under the Rules and Regulations, hereby authorizes Xpress, or its designees, to initiate Debit and/or Credit Entries to Customer’s bank account in accordance with this Agreement. Xpress’ authority will remain in full force and effect until either (a) 90 days after Xpress has received written notification from Customer of the termination of this Agreement to provide Xpress reasonable opportunity to act upon any outstanding liabilities; or (b) all obligations of the Customer to Xpress that have arisen from this Agreement have been paid in full, including, but not limited to, those obligations described in this Agreement.
Debit Authorization. The Borrower authorizes and directs the Agent and the Swing Line Lender, in its discretion, to automatically debit, by mechanical, electronic or manual means, the bank accounts of the Borrower maintained by it for any amounts (including principal, interest or fees) that are due and payable under this Agreement.
Debit Authorization. 15.1 The Cardholder acknowledges that liabilities of the Cardholder to the Company hereunder may be settled in a variety of ways. The Cardholder hereby irrevocably authorizes and instructs each of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, Nanyang Commercial Bank Limited and Chiyu Banking Corporation Limited (the “Banks”) with which he/she may have account(s) to debit and pay to the Company the full amount or part thereof standing to the credit of such account(s) (whether held singly or jointly with other, and whether or not such amount is matured or due and payable) for the satisfaction of any liability of the Cardholder to the Company hereunder without prior notice to the Cardholder upon request of the Company. The Cardholder agrees that the Company may disclose the aforesaid authorization and instruction to the Banks and the Cardholder shall, at his/her own costs, do and execute, or arrange for the doing and executing of, each necessary act, document and thing reasonably within his/her power to implement this authorization and instruction. The Cardholder further agrees that any of the Banks acting in reliance upon this Clause 15 shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the Cardholder and the Company shall not be liable for any overdraft interest and/or handling charges arising out of any of the Banks acting in reliance upon this Clause 15.
Debit Authorization. Without limiting Section 4.2, you authorize Stripe to debit each User Bank Account without separate notice, and according to the applicable User Bank Account Debit Authorization, to collect amounts you owe under this Agreement. If Stripe is unable to collect those amounts by debiting a User Bank Account, then you immediately grant to Stripe a new, original authorization to debit each User Bank Account without notice and according to the applicable User Bank Account Debit Authorization. Stripe may rely on this authorization to make one or more attempts to collect all or a subset of the amounts owed. Your authorization under this Section 4.3 will remain in full force and effect until (a) all of your Stripe Accounts are closed; or (b) all fees and other amounts you owe under this Agreement are paid, whichever occurs later. If applicable debit scheme authorization rules grant you the right to revoke your debit authorization, then to the extent Law permits, you waive that right.

Debit Authorization. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Borrower does hereby expressly and irrevocably authorize the Agent and the Operating Lender to effect all the necessary debits, deposits and credits in the Borrower’s Accounts in order to accommodate the Lenders in making Advances, in order to accommodate the Borrower in making payments to the Lenders as required hereunder and to pay all amounts due and payable under the Documents and the Cash Management Documents. In addition, the Borrower may, in the discretion of the Operating Lender, borrow, repay and re-borrow Accommodations under the Operating Facility at any time and from time to time as provided in this Section 5.11. The Borrower authorizes the Operating Lender daily, or otherwise as and when determined by the Operating Lender from time to time, to ascertain the position or net position (as the case may be) in respect of all amounts contained in the Borrower’s Account in respect of overdraft Accommodations under the Operating Facility and the Aggregate Principal Amount owing under the Operating Facility, and that: (a) if such position or net position is a credit in favour of the Borrower, the Operating Lender may apply the amount of such credit or any part thereof as a repayment of the Aggregate Principal Amount of the Operating Facility, and the Operating Lender will debit the Borrower’s Account with the amount of such repayment; and (b) if such position or net position is a debit in favour of the Operating Lender, the Operating Lender will make an overdraft Drawdown under the Operating Facility of such amount as is required to place such account in such credit or net credit position as has been agreed between the Borrower and the Operating Lender from time to time, and the Operating Lender may increase the Aggregate Principal Amount under the Operating Facility and credit such account with the proceeds of such Drawdown, provided that at no time shall the Aggregate Principal Amount of the Operating Facility exceed the Operating Facility Commitment Amount.
Debit Authorization. Each Company Affiliate hereby irrevocably authorizes Agent and Banks to charge any deposit account of any Company Affiliate maintained at any Bank for all or any part of any amount due under the Loan Documents and this Agreement including, without limitation, principal, interest, late charges, fees and expenses reimbursable to Agent and Banks (including reasonable legal fees).
Debit Authorization. Borrower authorizes Bank, if and to the extent any payment due to Bank hereunder is not otherwise made when due, to debit Borrower’s demand deposit or savings account with Bank or Bank’s affiliates (as if Bank and its affiliates were one and the same entity) for the amount of any payment required to be made by Borrower to Bank pursuant to this Agreement or any Document (including, without limitation, obligations to pay principal, interest, penalties, fees, costs and expenses under and in connection with any Loan); provided, that Borrower shall remain liable in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or any Document, as applicable, if the balance in such account is not sufficient to pay the full amount of any payment on the due date thereof.
