DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY. The Owner shall be entitled to employ outside debt collection agency and/or institution to collect any or all sum due but unpaid by the Hirer and for so doing, the Hirer shall be obliged to fully indemnify the Owner for all amount of costs and expenses reasonably incurred by the Owner in employing such outside debt collection agency or institution or its nominated agent and all legal fees and disbursements reasonably incurred by the Owner in recovery thereof, if any.
