Debt Service Accounts. To pay all Installment Payments, and all other Parity Obligations and payment of amounts owed to an Insurer, or a Qualified Swap Provider hereunder or pursuant to the Indenture or a Supplemental Indenture or Supplemental Installment sale Agreement, without preference or priority, and in the event of any insufficiency of such moneys, ratably without any discrimination or preference.
Debt Service Accounts. Each of the Producers agrees with respect to the Trust Agreement that, as long as moneys are held by the Trustee in the Debt Service Account and Reserve Account, the Lenders are, to the extent necessary for payments to be made in accordance with the terms of the Trust Agreement of principal, interest and other amounts due under the Loan Agreement, the Notes and the Letter Agreement, among those having a right, as provided under Section 2.2 of the Trust Agreement, to receive disbursements thereunder.
