Deceased persons account. Death of an Account holder shall automatically terminate this agreement. Balances in a deceased person’s account shall be transferred to the Successor or Manager upon production of letters of administration, a grant of probate or a court order authorizing the person to manage the estate or any other document as may be prescribed by law.
